This is a field-based role: most of the work is on-site at customer locations across North America, so travel is frequent and central to the job — not occasional. Trips can run long, from a few days to a week or more for an installation, and trade-show assignments can run several weeks at a time. We will go over what the travel schedule typically looks like during the interview.

This position requires the ability to:

Travel to and work on-site at customer locations for extended periods (multi-day to multi-week trips)
Lift and carry parts and tools up to approximately 50 lbs
Stand, kneel, bend, and reach while servicing machinery
Work safely around industrial woodworking equipment and electrical panels
Operate a motor vehicle to reach job sites
