The Holemaster 4000 C Line 6X Faster moves to a dual-top, single-bottom (2+1) configuration — two top drilling units working in parallel while a third bottom unit handles underside operations simultaneously. With 18 vertical drills on top, 9 vertical drills on bottom, 16 horizontal drills, air-float entry and exit tables, CNC-controlled double clamp system, and 140 m/min feed rate, the C Line 6X Faster is engineered as a production cell rather than a single-machine workstation.
The 4000 C Line 6X Faster moves the Holemaster into 2+1 territory — two top drilling units working in parallel above the workpiece, plus a third bottom unit handling underside operations simultaneously. Two top heads means substantially higher throughput than 1+1: drilling operations that would queue sequentially on a single top head happen in parallel, dramatically reducing cycle time per panel.
The C Line is also engineered for continuous production at scale. Air-float tables at both entry and exit ends move large panels without friction — operators handle panels with less effort, panels move through faster, and edges stay protected. The CNC-controlled double clamp system holds panels with millimetric accuracy during movement, ensuring drilling locations match the program every time.
At 140 m/min feed rate and 34 kW total power, the C Line is built for shops where the drilling center is the throughput bottleneck. The standard barcode reader integrates with leading furniture design and ERP software — panels can be labeled at the saw, scanned at the C Line, and processed automatically with the correct program. Safety mats are standard, with auto-stop and auto-resume.
The 4000 C Line 6X Faster ships fully equipped for high-volume production — dual top drilling units, air-float entry and exit tables, CNC-controlled clamp system, barcode reader, and safety mats are all standard. Laser part length measurement is available as an optional upgrade.
