Omaksan CNC Drilling Centers

Omaksan Holemaster Series

Eight CNC drilling and grooving centers engineered for cabinet shops, modular furniture manufacturers, and high-volume panel processors. From compact workshop machines to fully-automated production cells that process all six sides of a panel in a single pass. Built in Bursa, Turkey. Sold, installed, and serviced in North America by NuTek Machinery.

Understanding the Series

Drill Block Configuration — What 1+0, 1+1, and 2+1 Mean

Omaksan organizes the Holemaster series by drill block configuration — the number of drilling heads physically positioned above and below the workpiece. The configuration determines what the machine can do in a single pass and how much operator involvement is required.

1+0

One Top Head, No Bottom

Top face + four edges

One drilling head positioned above the workpiece processes the top face and all four edges of the panel. If the panel needs bottom-face operations (Confirmat connectors, shelf pins from below, etc.), the operator manually flips the panel.

Best for: cabinet shops, modular furniture makers, and operations where most drilling happens on the top face. Lowest entry point for industrial CNC drilling.

1+1

One Top, One Bottom

All six sides in one pass

Adds a second drilling head below the workpiece. The machine processes all six sides of the panel in a single pass — no operator flipping required. Improves throughput and consistency for shops that regularly need bottom-face drilling.

Best for: cabinet manufacturers running Confirmat hardware, modular furniture producers with consistent six-sided drilling needs, and shops eliminating the manual flip step.

2 MODELS · 4000 X Line 6X Faster · 4000 Smart 6X Faster
2+1

Two Top, One Bottom

High throughput, fully automated

Two top drilling heads operate simultaneously while a bottom head handles underside operations. Two top heads working in parallel means substantially higher throughput than 1+1, especially on panels with many drilling locations.

Best for: high-volume cabinet production, OEM furniture manufacturers, and automated production cells where the drilling center is the throughput bottleneck.

The Holemaster Lineup

Eight Models. Three Configurations. One Standard of Build.

Choose the configuration that matches your six-sided processing needs, then choose the model within that configuration that matches your milling power, automation, and capacity requirements.

Three Reasons Omaksan

What Makes the Holemaster Series Worth Choosing

The Holemaster series is engineered for a specific buyer: cabinet shops, modular furniture manufacturers, and panel processors who need industrial-grade drilling and milling capability without enterprise-tier price tags.

01

Configuration Choice

Eight models across three drill block configurations means the lineup actually matches what shops need — from a 1000mm-wide compact machine for tight spaces to a fully-automated 2+1 production cell with dual top heads working in parallel. No buyer pays for capacity they won't use.

02

Six-Sided Processing

The 1+1 and 2+1 configurations process all six sides of a panel in a single pass without flipping. This eliminates operator handling time, reduces panel damage from repeated touches, and produces consistent results regardless of who's running the machine.

03

Omaksan Works Control

Every Holemaster runs the same Omaksan Works control software. Optional barcode reader integration works with leading furniture design and ERP systems, so a part labeled at the panel saw can be scanned at the drilling center and processed automatically with the correct program.

Applications

What the Holemaster Series Builds

The Holemaster lineup is designed for modular and panel-based furniture production — anywhere panels need precise drilling for hardware, hinges, dowels, shelf pins, or Confirmat connectors, plus grooving and milling capability for routing and shaped cuts.

Kitchen Cabinets

Base cabinets, wall cabinets, tall pantry units — all hardware locations drilled with millimetric accuracy for repeatable assembly.

Bathroom Vanities

Vanity boxes, drawer fronts, side panels — including hardware specific to wet-area applications.

Modular Furniture

Shelving systems, wardrobes, entertainment centers — designed around standard hardware (minifix, blum, hinges, shelf pins, dowels, rafix, Confirmat).

Commercial Casework

Office furniture, retail displays, institutional casework — drilling and grooving operations that scale to high-volume production runs.
