Eight CNC drilling and grooving centers engineered for cabinet shops, modular furniture manufacturers, and high-volume panel processors. From compact workshop machines to fully-automated production cells that process all six sides of a panel in a single pass. Built in Bursa, Turkey. Sold, installed, and serviced in North America by NuTek Machinery.
Omaksan organizes the Holemaster series by drill block configuration — the number of drilling heads physically positioned above and below the workpiece. The configuration determines what the machine can do in a single pass and how much operator involvement is required.
One drilling head positioned above the workpiece processes the top face and all four edges of the panel. If the panel needs bottom-face operations (Confirmat connectors, shelf pins from below, etc.), the operator manually flips the panel.
Best for: cabinet shops, modular furniture makers, and operations where most drilling happens on the top face. Lowest entry point for industrial CNC drilling.
Adds a second drilling head below the workpiece. The machine processes all six sides of the panel in a single pass — no operator flipping required. Improves throughput and consistency for shops that regularly need bottom-face drilling.
Best for: cabinet manufacturers running Confirmat hardware, modular furniture producers with consistent six-sided drilling needs, and shops eliminating the manual flip step.
Two top drilling heads operate simultaneously while a bottom head handles underside operations. Two top heads working in parallel means substantially higher throughput than 1+1, especially on panels with many drilling locations.
Best for: high-volume cabinet production, OEM furniture manufacturers, and automated production cells where the drilling center is the throughput bottleneck.
Choose the configuration that matches your six-sided processing needs, then choose the model within that configuration that matches your milling power, automation, and capacity requirements.
The compact Holemaster. 1000mm panel width capacity, 2.2 kW milling, 8 vertical + 6 horizontal drilling spindles. Built for shops where floor space is the constraint but production-grade quality isn't optional.
Explore 1030 MC Plus
Mass production entry into the 4000 series. 1300mm panel width, 2.2 kW milling unit, 3-axis servo drilling head with automatic tool measurement and safety mat standard.
Explore 4000 X Line HS
Steps the milling unit up to 4 kW for shops handling heavier milling operations and tougher materials. Same 8 vertical + 6 horizontal drilling layout as the HS, with more cutting power.
Explore 4000 X Line Faster
4.5 kW milling with automatic tool changer (ATC) standard — a 4-slot clamp eliminates manual tool changes between operations. The most automated machine in the 1+0 group.
Explore 4000 Smart Faster
8 vertical + 6 horizontal drills on top, 10 vertical drills on bottom. Processes all six sides of a panel in one pass. 4 kW milling. The entry point to six-sided automated drilling.
Explore 4000 X Line 6X Faster
Six-sided processing with the automatic tool changer. 4.5 kW milling, 4-slot ATC, and all six-sided drilling in one continuous cycle without operator intervention between tool changes.
Explore 4000 Smart 6X Faster
Fully automated production cell. Dual top drilling units, single bottom unit, air-float entry and exit tables, CNC-controlled clamp system, and 140 m/min feed rate. 34 kW total power for high-volume manufacturing.
Explore 4000 C Line 6X Faster
The C Line configuration with integrated outfeed conveyor as standard equipment. Dual milling motors on both top and bottom for simultaneous grooving and routing on both surfaces. Designed for continuous production with minimal operator intervention.
Explore 4000 C Line 6X Faster PlusThe Holemaster series is engineered for a specific buyer: cabinet shops, modular furniture manufacturers, and panel processors who need industrial-grade drilling and milling capability without enterprise-tier price tags.
Eight models across three drill block configurations means the lineup actually matches what shops need — from a 1000mm-wide compact machine for tight spaces to a fully-automated 2+1 production cell with dual top heads working in parallel. No buyer pays for capacity they won't use.
The 1+1 and 2+1 configurations process all six sides of a panel in a single pass without flipping. This eliminates operator handling time, reduces panel damage from repeated touches, and produces consistent results regardless of who's running the machine.
Every Holemaster runs the same Omaksan Works control software. Optional barcode reader integration works with leading furniture design and ERP systems, so a part labeled at the panel saw can be scanned at the drilling center and processed automatically with the correct program.
The Holemaster lineup is designed for modular and panel-based furniture production — anywhere panels need precise drilling for hardware, hinges, dowels, shelf pins, or Confirmat connectors, plus grooving and milling capability for routing and shaped cuts.
Base cabinets, wall cabinets, tall pantry units — all hardware locations drilled with millimetric accuracy for repeatable assembly.
Vanity boxes, drawer fronts, side panels — including hardware specific to wet-area applications.
Shelving systems, wardrobes, entertainment centers — designed around standard hardware (minifix, blum, hinges, shelf pins, dowels, rafix, Confirmat).
Office furniture, retail displays, institutional casework — drilling and grooving operations that scale to high-volume production runs.
