The Holemaster 4000 X Line HS is the entry point into Omaksan's 4000 series — engineered to eliminate downtime in furniture manufacturing. A high-performance drilling head with 8 vertical drills, 6 horizontal drills, and 1 saw blade, all driven by 3-axis servo technology, processes the top face and four edges with speed and precision. Automatic tool measurement and safety mat are standard.
The 4000 X Line HS is the entry point into the 4000 series — Omaksan's mass-production platform. The 1300mm panel width handles full-size cabinet sides, modular furniture components, and most casework panels. The 3-axis servo drilling head processes the top face and all four edges with high speed and accuracy, while the 2.2 kW milling unit adds grooving and custom milling to the same operation.
Where the 1030 MC Plus is sized for compact shops, the 4000 X Line HS is built for shops where panels are larger and production volume is higher. Automatic tool measurement is standard — the machine measures each tool before use, eliminating manual tool offset entries and preventing operator-induced errors. The safety mat is also standard: a pressure-sensitive floor mat that pauses the machine if anyone steps into the work area, then resumes automatically when clear.
