The Holemaster 4000 Smart Faster combines the production speed of the Faster series with the flexibility of an automatic tool changer (ATC). A 4.5 kW milling unit and 4-slot automatic tool clamp allow seamless multi-tool operations — different milling bits cycle automatically without operator intervention. The 4000 Smart Faster is the most automated machine in the 1+0 lineup. The defining feature is the automatic tool changer (ATC) — a 4-slot tool clamp that automatically cycles between different milling tools during a single program. For shops running jobs with multiple milling operations per panel (rough cut, finish cut, profile cut, slot cut), the ATC eliminates the manual tool change as a production bottleneck.
