The Holemaster 4000 X Line 6X Faster is Omaksan's entry into six-sided processing. The 1+1 configuration adds a bottom drilling unit (10 vertical drills) below the workpiece, working simultaneously with the top unit (8 vertical + 6 horizontal drills). Result: all six sides of the panel are drilled in one pass — no operator flipping, no second setup, no consistency variance from manual handling.
The 4000 X Line 6X Faster is the first model in the Holemaster lineup with a 1+1 drill block configuration — a second drilling unit positioned below the workpiece. The top unit (8 vertical + 6 horizontal drills + 1 saw blade) processes the top face and edges while the bottom unit (10 vertical drills) handles the underside in the same pass.
For cabinet manufacturers running Confirmat hardware, modular furniture producers with consistent bottom-face drilling needs, and any shop where operator time spent flipping panels is a production bottleneck, the X Line 6X Faster removes the manual flip entirely. A panel enters the machine once, exits drilled on all six sides, ready for assembly or finishing.
The dual-direction milling capability also expands what the machine can do: simultaneous grooving on top and bottom surfaces, custom routing operations, and shaped cuts on both faces. The 4 kW milling unit handles heavier operations without slowing down.
The 4000 X Line 6X Faster ships with both upper and lower drilling units as standard — the 1+1 configuration that processes all six sides in a single pass. Automatic tool measurement and safety mat are also standard. Optional upgrades add ERP integration.
