A 7-meter frame fits more comfortably on shop floors than the larger Storm Plus, StrongEdge, and TopEdge — but with the same TransStart compatibility that lets you add automated panel handling whenever you're ready.

Like every Ott edgebander, the FlexEdge ships PUR-ready with the patented top-driven Combimelt glue system, servo-controlled workstations including the radius and flat glue scrapers, and invisible-glue-joint quality. Configuration options accommodate cabinet manufacturers, furniture producers, and architectural millwork shops with growing production needs.
FlexEdge units sold by NuTek Machinery in North America ship with comprehensive standard equipment including PUR-ready Combimelt, servo-controlled scrapers, VOC-free spray mist devices, buffing, nesting capability, and TransStart-ready preparation. Available options add automation features, advanced tooling, and grooving for specific production requirements.
