Three Frame Sizes. One Configurable Platform.

The TopEdge is the most configurable edgebander in the Ott lineup, offered in three frame sizes — XS at 8.6 meters, S at 9.3 meters, and L at 10.3 meters. The expanded frame lengths accommodate the broadest range of aggregate units in the lineup, from sanding and structure brushing to multiple grooving units and additional spray devices.

The TopEdge is also the only model in the Ott family that offers the optional DUO-CombiMelt dual-glue system. DUO-CombiMelt allows the machine to process white and clear PUR adhesives simultaneously — eliminating the changeover time between jobs that use different glue colors. For shops running mixed production, this is a meaningful productivity advantage.

Like every Ott edgebander, the TopEdge features the patented Combimelt glue system, servo-controlled workstations, servo-controlled 4-position radius scrapers, and TransStart automated infeed compatibility. The choice between frame sizes comes down to how much aggregate capacity your production needs.
